John Good Air, part of the John Good Group of companies, is delighted to announce it has now received its IATA licence, recognising the company for its financial and professional competence as an IATA cargo agent in the airfreight industry.

This industry accreditation allows John Good Air to access rates and services through IATA registered airlines whilst becoming part of the airlines’ global cargo distribution network.

One of the benefits of becoming an IATA accredited agent means members are able to deal directly with any other IATA agent or airline throughout the world, giving access to competitive rates and enabling the company to offer a huge choice to all of its customers in terms of routes, connections and airlines.

John Good Air is also registered as an IATA Dangerous Goods Regulated Agent, meaning it can also handle dangerous goods by air.

Seamus Jennings, Managing Director, said: “The John Good Group is continually evolving – we firmly believe that airfreight will play a major role in offering a more holistic approach to our supply chain solutions.

“The creation of John Good Air, and now the official IATA licence, reinforces the message that we are aiming to become one of the UK’s leading independent supply chain providers.”
