John Good Logistics Ltd. is delighted to announce the following new appointments to its Board as it continues to plan for the long-term to ensure the right team is in place to lead them confidently into the future.

With effect from 01 January 2016, Alan Platt will replace John Rutherford as Chairman of John Good Logistics Ltd, with Seamus Jennings becoming Managing Director.

Two new directors have been appointed, with Peter Fitzgerald taking on the newly created role of Procurement Director and Paul Ferguson becoming Sales Director.

The new board of John Good Logistics will therefore consist of Alan Platt, Seamus Jennings, Alan Steadman, Paul Ferguson, Peter Fitzgerald, Jon Garnier, Brain Megran and Darren Spence. This is a hugely experienced, capable and committed board that will build on the Company’s success and lead it to greater things in the years ahead.

John Good Logistics was established in 1833 and has been adapting to change for over 180 years. Recent developments have seen the company move into an award winning, purpose built head office at the sustainable Bridgehead Business Park in Hessle, East Yorkshire.
